History & Experience

Scarlett joined DS2 in October 2025 and is a Senior Surveyor in the team. Scarlett has a background in development management, having previously been a Planning and Design Manager in L&Q’s New Business Team.

At DS2, Scarlett operates across London and the Southeast, providing viability, disposal and consultancy advice on a range of residential-led projects.

Scarlett graduated with an MSc in Urban Design and City Planning from University College London (UCL) in June 2024 and qualified as an RICS Chartered Surveyor in November 2024.
