Lizzie joined DS2 from Savills where she worked in the London Residential Development department as a development consultant. This involved advising clients on how to optimise their development for the private market including scheme appraisals, pricing strategies, design optimisation, market analysis and sales and marketing strategies. She also gained experience in affordable housing consultancy and valuation. She was actively involved in a number of large scale residential and mixed use developments including Westferry Printworks, Royal Albert Wharf, ABP and the St William Portfolio.
Prior to joining Savills, Lizzie spent 3 years at the University of Cambridge studying Land Economy BA Hons, which covered law, finance and economics relating to the property sector.
