Liam joined DS2 in 2014 from Ballymore, where he worked in the Planning & Development Department specialising in feasibility and viability appraisals, as well as working on disposal and acquisition projects. He gained valuable experience in other aspects of the development process such as Planning, Construction and Sales. He was actively involved in a number of large residential schemes such as Embassy Gardens, West Hampstead, Royal Wharf, London City Island & Wardian.

Also actively involved in the S106 negotiations including the structure of the viability review mechanisms.
