Dadir joined DS2 in May 2026, having previously worked at JLL in Bristol. He completed his APC on JLL’s graduate scheme, rotating across development consultancy, property management, and commercial valuations, before moving into a role as a business rates surveyor. Dadir holds a BSc in Architecture and a MSc in Real Estate Management.
At DS2, Dadir works on Financial Viability Assessments across a range of sectors, including residential, Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Co-living, and mixed use schemes, advising on projects across London and the wider UK.
