Anneka Lewis


Anneka acts as an RICS Mentor for the Planning and Development Pathway and is an RICS Associate Assessor. Outside of work Anneka’s two main passions are sport and travel and she tries to combine them wherever possible, having travelled as far as Australia to watch both cricket and tennis.

History & Experience


Anneka joined DS2 in July 2014 from Network Housing Group, where she worked in the Development Department specialising in purchasing development sites, obtaining planning permissions and procuring and tendering build contracts.


Prior to joining Network Housing Group, Anneka worked in the residential sector for four years for both private and affordable house builders. She started as a Graduate Project Manager at East Thames, a Registered Provider based in East London and subsequently went on to work as a Land Buyer at Berkeley Homes.  She has experience in both purchasing and project managing schemes on site and so has experience in every stage of the property life cycle.

Key Projects

Seymour Street Homes Limited – British Land

Led the process of setting up a Registered Provider on behalf of British Land. This process involved drafting a business plan, risk register and advising on the policies required which would ensure the Regulatory Standards were met. SSHL achieved Registered Provider status from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and GLA Investment Partner Status within a year.

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham – Registered Framework Partner

DS2 were responsible for establishing an OJEU compliant Registered Provider framework which would allow LBHF to appoint RPs directly from a framework to develop Council owned sites. DS2 were responsible for drafting the Selection Question and the Invitation to Tender. This included setting the scoring criteria for both stages of the process.

Tottenham Hale Redevelopment

Provided viability, affordable housing advice and disposal services to Argent Related on this prestigious town centre redevelopment scheme in the centre of Tottenham Hale. The site achieved planning consent for 1,030 residential units, c.4,300 sqm of retail, c.2,300 sqm of leisure, c.5,000 sqm of office space, a new health centre, new pub spaces and highways works.

Fulton Quarter, Wembley:

Provided viability and affordable housing advice to Quintain on their development of c.990 homes in the heart of Wembley.
